Britani Mason serves as Chief Operating Officer of Udermic Health, where she oversees strategic growth, daily operations, clinical workflows, and the patient experience. Her background includes extensive leadership experience with The Georgia Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, a concierge-style facial plastic surgery practice and accredited surgical facility.

Through her work with The Georgia Center, Britani has developed a deep understanding of personalized patient service, surgical coordination, and the detailed care required throughout the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery experience. Her experience also includes assisting with clinical and surgical operations, supporting physicians during procedures, and coordinating care from the initial consultation through surgery and postoperative recovery.
